Staff Titles

We use the terms “Partner”, “Associate Partner” and “Director” to denote staff experience. These terms do not imply that the staff designated by them are Company Directors under the Companies Acts or Principals of the firm as defined by the ICAEW.

Email Confidentiality and Security

Pathlight emails and any attachments are confidential and may be protected by legal privilege.

If you are not the intended recipient of an email (and any attachment), please inform the sender by return email and destroy all copies. Unauthorised access, use, disclosure, storage or copying is not permitted.

Communication by internet email may not be secure, messages may be intercepted and read by someone else. You should not email unencrypted copies of any information, which if disclosed to unrelated third parties may cause you loss or distress.

Any email including its content may be monitored and used by Pathlight Associates Limited for reasons of security and for monitoring compliance with our policies.

While Pathlight Associates Limited uses industry-standard virus scanning tools on all in- and out-bound email, we cannot guarantee that this message or any attachment is virus free or has not been intercepted and amended. You should perform your own virus checks.
